Take good care to stay on their good sides & gain their Approval. Over the course of the game, we will collect nine Companions. While it technically can be done during our Nightmare Difficulty playthrough, it is highly not recommended. We can unlock all but one Achievement in a single playthrough on Nightmare Difficulty the final Achievement will need a very short run through from a New Game to reaching Skyhold for the Trial of the Fool Achievement.
